Our origins..

MitiHost was founded in June 2011 by our ex-employee John Moore as a Free Kloxo webhost, along with Humza who intended to launch a paid service in the near future. Unfortunately John was forced to resign as his father became seriously ill, leaving Humza and Diana in charge. Humza and Diana have since bought cPanel and DirectAdmin licenses and are expanding into the paid hosting market.

However we will not discontinue our Free Hosting Solutions as it is part of our origins and we are proud of it! If it becomes un-economic to renew our cPanel license due to lack of donations and income from adverts we will be forced to discontinue it. Our DirectAdmin license on the other hand is a lifetime license. This is the reason we are expanding into paid hosting, since it is much more economic and stable. Our Paid Hosting Solutions are garunteed, you are in the right hands with our Premium and VPS Solutions.

Our mission..

MitiHost's mission is simple; To provide a solid, reliable service with the best nodes at the best facilities, with outstanding support for the cheapest price posssible. Find our more about the datacenter/network we use here. We are expanding day by day, we've recently launched our VPS hosting Solutions and we have much more exciting Solutions coming soon.

We do not aspire to be the cheapest, since those business plans are simply not economically viable for us and we know that we do not want to end up as a dead host. We take pride in our company.

MitiHost is also supporting sustainable development, 30% of our Solutions are fully Solar-Powered, of course there is the backup power, we care for the environment.

Meet our team..

Humza - Managing Director

Humza has been the longest standing member of MitiHost, behind the idea. With almost 3 years of Linux Server Administration and nearly 2 years of expreience in the Web Hosting and Support industry he is the backbone of the company and is responsible for the expansion of the company. You will see him around everywhere, managing servers, answering tickets, on the forums and more.. He currently lives in Essex, UK.

Diana - Assistant Manager

Diana is also an all rounder at MitiHost based in Chicago, you will see her mainly on our Community Forums. She is behind the adverts and funding of MitiHost's Free Service. She is behind our final decisions for the company, without her we would be nowhere!

Tanno - Abuse Manager

Tanno is a great addition to our staff. Based in the Netherlands, he will mainly be hunting for TOS violations in our servers. He will also be around on the forums, on our support tickets and at abuse@mitihost.com. Watch out if you are abusing our services - he's evil!.

Alan - Community Support

Alan started off with us in June 2011 and has been active on the forums helping out and answering our clients questions. If you're in a spot of trouble, you will usually find Alan replying. He also helped with the designing of MitiHost's main site and forums. He currently resides in NYC.

Brendan - Community Support

Brendan, who lives in Canada, being a recent recruitment has proven himself to be extremely helpful to MitiHost despite the fact that he is deaf. This is an amazing achievement on his behalf, he is the most active member on our Community Forums and congratulations to him for that!
